ALMOND COOKIES

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS
Butter – 100 gm
Castor sugar – ¼ cup
Almond essence – 1 tsp
Plain flour – 2 cups
White sesame seeds
Raspberry jam

METHOD
Cream butter and sugar . add maida and almond essence , make a smooth dough. divide into small balls ,coat it with seasame seeds , flatten with your palm and mae a small depression with finger at the center . place jam and bake .
