Atta Ladoo












Ghee – ¾ cup (melted)

Atta  – 2 cups (whole wheat flour)

Powdered sugar – 1 cup

Cardamom powder – ½ teaspoon

Cashews  – 15-20 (chopped)

Raisins  – 2 tablespoon

Coconut  –   2 teaspoon


Add ghee in a pan, after heat it adds cashews and raisins. saute for a while and set aside nuts and ghee.

To the same pan , add 1 tablespoon ghee, roast the flour until golden.

Then add coconut sauté it well for a few minutes.

Set aside to cool. Add nuts to the Atta. Then add powdered sugar and Cardamom powder.

Mix thoroughly.

Shape ladoo like balls .. atta ladoo is ready.

Store the ladoo in a jar with lid.
