CARROT PULAO

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Rice – 2 cups

Butter – 2 tbs

Cummin seed –  1 tsp.

Onion – 1 chopped

Green chillies – 3 (chopped)

Ginger  –  ¼ ( chopped )

Cinnamon – 1

Cardamom – 3

Carrot chopped – 2 nos.

Salt to taste

METHOD

Melt butter and fry all the spices. saute onion, ginger and chillies until golden brown. Add carrot and sauté well. transfer this to a rice cooker. in the same pan heat butter ,fry rice and add to the cooker. add 4 cups of water and enough salt. cook rice until done.
