Dosa Batter – 1 can

Chicken – ½ kg (Cut into small pieces)

Onion – 2 (sliced)

Green Chilly – 5 (chopped)

Garam masala powder – 1 teaspoon

Curd – 2 tablespoon

Red Chilly Powder – 2 tablespoon

Curry Leaves – 2 sprigs

Coriander Leaves – 2 tablespoon (chopped)

Lemon – 1 piece

Ginger – ½ tablespoon (Paste)

Garlic – ½ tablespoon (Paste)

Salt – to taste

Oil – As required

Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon

Tomato – 1 (sliced)



Take a pan and heat oil. Add sliced onions, sauté it well until onions are translucent.

Now add the chopped chilies and ginger paste and garlic paste. Saute it for a few minutes.

Put the red chilly powder, garam masala powder and turmeric powder. Mix well. Saute it until the oil separates.

Now add tomato and sauté it for a few minutes. Then add the curd and mix well. Put the cleaned chicken pieces, required amount of salt and mix everything well.

Squeeze the lemon juice into it and cook till well cooked the chicken. Chicken stuffing is ready.

Heat the dosa pan. Add a few drops of oil and spread evenly in the pan. Take the dosa batter and spread the batter as round shape.

Sprinkle some oil drops on it. Add a spoonful of butter on it and spread. Put the chicken stuffing on the dosa and spread it well.

Fold it and cooked well.

Serve it hot with onion curd salad.
