Chicken Fry

 

 

INGREDIENTS

  1. Chicken – 500 gm
  2. Bread crumbs – 4 tablespoon
  3. Egg white -1
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Oil for deep frying

For marination

  1. Shallots -10
  2. Lemon juice – 3 tablespoon
  3. Cumin powder -1 tablespoon
  4. Water – 4 tablespoon
  5. Ginger – 1
  6. Pepper powder -1 tablespoon
  7. Garam masala powder – 2 tablespoon
  8. Turmeric powder – 1 tablespoon
  9. Curry leaves – 2 spring
  10. Garlic -10 cloves
  11. Chilli powder – to taste
  12. Coriander powder -3 tablespoon
  13. Salt to taste

METHOD

  • Add oil in a pan for deep frying. Heat it in a medium flame. Then add the chicken pieces in the oil. Fry it until golden brown. Take it from the oil and drain it.
  • Then add chicken in this mixture for marination. Set aside for 4 hours.
  • Add all the marinate ingredients in a blender and make into a fine paste. Add egg white into the mixture and mix them well
  • Just before you fry, add bread crumbs and toss well.
  • Serve hot.
