CUSTARD APPLE MILKSHAKE

INGREDIENTS:

 

Custard Apples – 4

Milk – 4 cups (frozen)

Fresh Cream – 2 tablespoon

Sugar – As required

Vanilla Essence – Few Drops

Ice Cream – For Garnishing

 

PREPARATION:

To prepare the custard apple pulp. First remove the seeds from the custard apples.

Put this custard apple pulp into the blender along with required amount of sugar, fresh cream and vanilla essence into it. Blend until it smooth paste.

Then crushed the frozen milk. Open the lid of the blender. Put the crushed frozen milk into the blender.

Blend it once more. Pour this into the serving glasses and garnish the top with ice cream scoop.
