How many of you have the habit of eating late at night? If such a question is asked to us, most of us will lift our hand in approval. We may have many reasons to justify our habit. If your lifestyle demands such a habit, then it will be difficult for you to find the wrong side of it. But, actually, it is very necessary to understand what this habit does in our body.

A study finds that those who eat their dinner late at night are more likely to face the health issue of obesity than those who consume it early. The study justifies their findings with the help of a fact that the calories we intake at late night are less likely to transform into energy and are more likely to be stored in our body as fat.
