INGREDIENTS

  1. Sago – ¼ cup
  2. Roasted vermicelli  – ½ cup
  3. Subji – 2tbs
  4. Ghee – 1 tbs
  5. Green colour – 2 drops
  6. Mango jelly  – 1 packet
  7. Strawberry jelly – 1 packet
  8. Water – 2 cups
  9. Cold milk –  4 cups
  10. Sugar – 1 cup
  11. Rose essence –  4 drops
  12. Rose colour – 2 drops
  13. Vanilla ice cream  – 2 scoops

METHOD

  1. In 1 tbs. of ghee , fry the sago .boil 2 cups of water and cook sago ,vermicelli and sugar until water is absorbed.
  2. Prepare the mango and strawberry jelly as per the directions on the packet.
  3. Clean the sabji and strain it.
  4. Mix , milk ,sugar , rose colour and rose essence in a mixie.
  5. Refrigerate all the above ingredients separately.
  6. To serve , take a tall glass and put the vermicelli mixture at the bottom , then the 2 jellies,the rose milk and sabji . put one scoop of ice cream on top
