Potato – ¼ kg
Maida – ½ kg
Dalda – 6 tbs
Fish – ¼ kg (without bone)
Onion – 1 big (chopped)
Green chillies – 2 nos.
Ginger – ½ pieces
Garlic – 2
Tomato – 2 big
Chilli powder – ½ tsp.
Oil – 2 tbs.
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Boil and remove the skin from potato. rub dalda in Maida and salt make a smooth dough with mashed potato and enough salt. Keep it aside.
Cook fish in salt and pepper . flake the fish and keep it aside. in a kadai heat oil and sauté chopped onion, chillies, ginger and garlic until tender. grind the tomatoes and add to it. Sauté well until the gravy is absorbed. add fish and mix well.
Now spread the dough to 18 cm round and ½ thick .spread the fish mixture on it and roll it into a fish shape. bake in a pre-heated oven until golden brown.
