GRAPES JAM

 

INGREDIENTS:

Grapes – 1 ½ Kg (Seedless)

Sugar – 1 Kg

Lemon Juice – 4 tablespoon

Water- 2 Cups

Cloves – 7

Cinnamon – 1 small piece

 

PREPARATION:

Add clean and separated grapes into the pressure cooker with water, cinnamon and cloves.

Cook it well until cooker makes 3 whistles. Switch off the flame and allow it to cool.

After cool it, add this mixture into the blender. Blend it well. Strain this mixture well.

Boil this grape juice in a pan. After boiling it, add sugar and mix well. Stir continuously for 30 minutes.

Now add lemon juice into it and mix well. Boil this mixture until it thickens and reaches the required consistency of jam.

Remove the pan from the heat. Allow it to cool.

The tasty grapes jam is ready…

Serve the jam with bread or chappathi. Or transfer this jam into glass jar for storing. Keep this in the refrigerator.
