Hibiscus Sherbet


 Water – 2 cups

Cloves – 8

Cinnamon sticks – 2

Hibiscus (dried) – 4 tablespoon

Sugar – as required



Put all ingredients in a pan and boil      for 5 minutes.

Then let it cool and filter the mixture.

Pour the liquid in an airtight bottle and keep it in the fridge.

Serve cold !
