KULUKKI SARBATH

 

INGREDIENTS

Lemon – 2

Ginger – 1 piece

Green Chilly – 4 (sliced)

Sugar Syrup – as needed

Basil seeds/ sabja seeds – 2 teaspoon

Pineapple – 2 teaspoon (chopped)

Mint Leaves – few

Ice cubes – 6

Water – 2 cup

 

PREPARATION:

Soak the basil seeds in water for about 15 minutes, and drain it. Keep it aside.

In a shaker add soaked basil seeds, lime juice, crushed ginger, sliced green chillies, chopped pineapple, chopped mint leaves, water and enough sugar to taste.

Shake well for about 1 minute. Pour it into serving glasses and add ice cubes. Serve immediately
