Macron fails to convince Trump to stick on to International nuclear deal with Iran

The French President, Emmanuel Macron, who has visited the United States to find solutions to several sensitive foreign policy issues which the western world is presently suffering, has admitted at the end of his three-day visit to the US that he has failed to convince US President Donald Trump to stick on to the International nuclear deal with Iran, which was considered as a notable achievement of the western foreign policy experts by several diplomats of the US who served under former President Barak Obama.

While speaking to the media personals, Mr Macron has said that the US President is more likely to ditch the deal, than to continue with the deal.

From the French Supremo’s words, it is clear that the US is of the opinion that while considering an International agreement with Iran several factors such as Tehran’s policy towards other Middle East Countries and its policy on ballistic missiles, other than its nuclear policy, need to be considered.

It seems that after the discussion sessions with the US Supremo, the French President, who earlier expressed his strong reservation against the US’ move to drop the International agreement with Iran, has a favourable attitude towards some of the reason given by the US to quash the deal.
