MASALA LASSI

INGREDIENTS

Curd – 2 cups (thick)

Pepper powder – ½ teaspoon

Green chilli – 1 (chopped)

Ginger – 1 small piece (grated)

Salt to taste

Mint leaves – 10

Cumin powder a pinch

Black salt – ½ teaspoon

Water – 1 cup

Red chilli powder – ½ teaspoon

 

METHOD

In a blender, blend  all ingredients together.

Serve in glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and cumin powder.

Serve chilled.
