Methi Anda is a great combo with Indian Breads


4 boiled eggs (halved)
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup methi leaves, soaked in salt water for 10 minutes
1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 cup tomato, chopped
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/4 teaspoon cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
2 tablespoon rice bran oil
salt to taste


1. Heat the oil in a pan and saute the onions until its golden brown.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add methi leaves and blend for 3 minutes.
4. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric, chilli powder and salt little.
5. Add chopped tomatoes; cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil starts to separate.
6. Add water and let it boil.
7. Add the eggs, cover & simmer for 5 minutes.
8. Add garam masala and gently give a final stir
