Mushroom Rice

 

 

INGREDIENTS

Rice  – 2 cups (cooked)

Mushroom – 1 cup (sliced)

Salt to taste

Oil – 3 tablespoon

Fennel seeds – 2 tablespoon

Cloves – 10

Cinnamon – 6

Star anise -8

peppers –  1 teaspoon

Green onion – 4 (chopped)

Garlic – 1 (chopped)

coriander leaves   – for garnishing

 

METHOD :

 

Heat a pan and pour oil.adds  garlic,green onion and mushroom saute on a medium flame

For 2 to 3 mints.

Add  the Fennel seeds, Cloves , Cinnamon , Star anise ,peppers  and  saute well for 3 mint.

Add the cooked rice  and salt. Mix well. saute the rice and mushroom in few minutes.

Serve hot and garnish it with  coriander leaves
