NUTELLA ICE CREAM

 

INGREDIENTS:

Nutella – ½ cup

Butter – 2 tablespoon

Sugar – ¼ cup

Condensed Milk – ¼ cup

Whipping cream – 1 cup

Milk – ¾ cup

Vanilla essence – few drops

Sliced almonds – for garnishing

Cashew nuts – 10 (for garnishing)

 

 

PREPARATION:

Take a large bowl and add whipping cream into it. Whip the cream well. Add butter, sugar and condensed milk in to it and beat the cream till gets thick.

Now add milk and nutella, beat well until it turns smooth.

Sprinkle some vanilla drops on it. Add sliced almonds and cashew nuts. Combined well.

Pour this mixture into a deep pan and keep it into the refrigerator for freezing.

Take the pan out from the freezer after 2 hours and Stir well. Keep it again in the refrigerator overnight.

Tasty nutella ice cream is ready. Garnish the ice cream with chocolate sauce and sliced almonds and cashew nuts.
