Oats Laddu

Ingredients 

Oats- 1 cup

Jaggery- 1/2 cup

Ghee- 2 teaspoon

Cashew nuts – 15nos

Raisins– 15nos

Cardamom- 3nos

 

Method  

Roast oats.Cool and powder it. Powder jaggery.Dry roast cashew nuts and almonds separately. Chop it finely.In a bowl, mix oats, jaggery, cardamom powder and nuts together.Heat a teaspoon of ghee, saute the raisins until they puff up and add to the oats mixture.Melt needed ghee and add to the mixture little at a time. Mix well and make balls.
