ONION DOSA

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

Onion – 3 (finely chopped)

Dosa Batter – 3 cups

Green Chilly – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)

Curry Leaves – 3 sprigs

Coriander Leaves – 2 tablespoon

Salt – To Taste

Oil – as required

PREPARATION:

Combine Chopped onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, curry leaves, and required amount of salt. Mix it well. Keep it aside.

Take a dosa pan and heat it. Rub the pan with oil using onion slice. Take a ladle full of batter and pour this batter into the centre of the pan. From the centre spread the batter in a circular motion and make a round dosa. Spread a handful of onion mixture on the top of the dosa. Press it gently with your ladle.

Add 1 teaspoon oil on the top of the dosa and also at the corners of the dosa. Fry it on both the sides. Fold the dosa and transfer it into serving plate.

Tasty onion dosa is ready. Serve it hot with chutney or sambar.
