Provocative symbols drawn on Poland’s Tel Aviv embassy

A day after the Polish Prime Minister, Mateusz Morawiecki, opined that Jews were also among the perpetrators of the Holocaust, a provocative symbol, Swastikas symbol, which was the symbol of the autocratic Nazi regime who committed severe atrocities against the Jewish community (which is the dominant community of Israel), has appeared on the Polish embassy situated in the Israel city of Tel Aviv.

As per the media report, the Israel investigators have initiated an investigation into the case which has been registered after the discovery of the provocative symbol and comments on the embassy situated in the Jewish country.

At this moment, it is not clear whether the issue will affect the diplomatic relation between Israel and Poland.

Shortly after the PM’s comment about the Jewish community’s alleged involvement in the persecution of the community members in the Nazi era, the Israel President, Benjamin Netanyahu, has strongly condemned the statement delivered by his Polish counterpart.

It was the Polish law prohibiting the use of the words such as the Polish concentration camps triggered the diplomatic conflict between the Jewish country and the European country where several Nazi death camps located.

With the help of the law, the Polish government is trying make their stand clear that Poland was not responsible for the atrocities committed by the Nazi regime.

Meanwhile, the Israeli government fear that with the law, the European country is trying to distort the historic facts about the existence of the Nazi death camps in Poland.
