Winter diet tips


Winter is here. It is one of the most comfortable seasons in general. We love winter as the season offers a pleasant climatic condition.

A study say that human body becomes week in winter compared to other seasons as immune system normally shows down the phase of its work during the season.

Anyway, as a result of this, one usually falls under the clutches of diseases, particularly fever, during this season. Children are more vulnerable to this condition.

It is very important to take good care of the daily diet one consumes in this season. One must make sure that their daily diet contains all necessary elements which have the capability to help overcome the ailments created by this season.

It is advised that one should include generous amount of natural oil, ghee and butter in his/her daily diet in order to make sure that his/her digestive system overcomes the difficulties created by the season.

Vegetable soups, nuts and boiled vegetables are also recommended to those people experiencing this season.
